Process
When you contact us, we will ask you a series of questions to make sure we have a thorough understanding of your needs. We will then consider what equipment (hardware and software) will best serve that purpose, evaluate the location/airspace to determine if any FAA waivers are required, see if any existing NOTAMs (notice to airmen) apply, and determine the makeup of the crew. If needed or desired your company can provide the visual observer. We will then provide you with an estimate.After acceptance
As soon as the offer is accepted, we will work with you or your representatives to set up a contract. We will provide you with proof of insurance during that process. We will then file any FAA waivers (if necessary) and set a day/time for the event. Weather is, of course, the most crucial factor towards success and as such, early mornings after sunrise or late afternoons may be required. While we will do everything in our power to provide you support, we cannot be held responsible if the time frame is affected by inclement weather.
